How to access Career Center
- Log into your FICPA Account
- Click drop down arrow for “Career Development” then Click “Career Center"
3. Click Register/Sign in > Choose “Job Seekers” OR “Employers”
Job Seekers vs. Employer
Job Seekers:
Complete the registration form OR sign-in if you are a Member.
After successfully signing in as a Member, you should see a list of “Your Recommended Jobs”.
On this Member Page you can use the tabs to:
- Search for Jobs (View Saved and Applied Jobs)
- Manage Your Resume (Add Resume and Cover Letter)
- Set Job Alerts (Get notifications for your preferred role)
- Access Career Resources (Career Guides, Offer Analyzer, Interview Coach)
- Access the Employer Directory (View all the of the Employers in the Career Center Database)
As a Non-Member you can:
- Search for Jobs (Results may be limited)
- Set Job Alerts (Get notifications for your preferred role)
- Access Career Resources (Career Guides, Offer Analyzer, Interview Coach)
- Access the Employer Directory (View all the of the Employers in the Career Center Database)
Please Note: Job Postings and other content may be limited for Non-Members.
Employers:
Complete the registration form OR sign-in if you are a Member.
You may create job postings as a Member or Non-Member, but pricing varies. Please select "Post a Job" to view the rates.
Things you can do as an Employer:
- Manage Jobs (Post jobs and manage existing postings)
- Manage Applicants (Search for Resumes, Candidates, or specific Locations)
