How to Purchase OnDemand Courses
To receive the member pricing for courses, please ensure that you are logged into your FICPA Account – you should see your name at the top of the webpage.
- Navigate to:
Learning dropdown > CPE Catalog > OnDemand tab - Register for the Course:
- Click the dropdown menu for your desired course
- Select "Details" to learn more or "Add to Cart" to purchase
- Confirmation Email:
- You'll receive a confirmation email that contains course access instructions
Accessing CPEFLEX or CPEFLEX+ Via Email Confirmation
- After purchasing:
- You'll receive a confirmation email with a course access link
- You'll receive a confirmation email with a course access link
- To access courses:
- Visit the CPEFLEX webpage (link in the confirmation email)
- Click the User Menu (upper left corner next to the FICPA logo)
- Select the course category that you're interested in
- To find the FICPA Ethics course:
- Select "FICPA Courses"
- Enroll in Ethics: Protecting the Integrity of Florida CPAs
Accessing CPEFLEX or CPEFLEX+ Via FICPA Account
- Login to your FICPA Account:
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Locate the My Events module on your dashboard:
- Click the See All My Events
- Click the See All My Events
- Launch Course
- Click "Launch Event" under the course you want to start - you will be redirected to the CPEFlex platform.
How to Purchase Webcast Courses

- Click the dropdown menu for your desired course
- Select "Details" to learn more or "Add to Cart" to purchase
- Confirmation Email:
- You'll receive a confirmation email that contains course access instructions
Accessing Webcast Via Confirmation Email
- After purchasing:
- You'll receive a confirmation email with a course access instructions – note: course access instructions may differ; be sure to read the instructions provided in the email.
- Links:
- If using a direct link, you will be redirected to the host platform.
- Course codes that have a direct link include, but are not limited to: AC, SU, and numerical codes
- Confirmations may indicate that a secondary email and link are to come from the host directly - follow the instructions provided by the host.
- Those course codes include but are not limited to: CX and AI
- If using a direct link, you will be redirected to the host platform.
Accessing Webcast Via FICPA Account
- Login to your FICPA Account:
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Locate the My Events module on your dashboard:
- Click the See All My Events
- Click the See All My Events
- Launch Course
- Click "Launch Event" under the course you want to start - you will be redirected to the course start.
Common Access Issues and Mistakes
- If you cannot access an OnDemand course (or CPEFlex Subscription) right after purchase, allow 5-10 minutes to pass then refresh the webpage and try again. OnDemand purchases need time to sync.
- If the webpages fail to load clear your cache & cookies:
- This is a simple fix that can be done in most web browsers by accessing the "History" tab within your browsing window, or through a combination of CTRL + H on your keyboard. From there, you can open the browsing data and clear both cache and cookies.
