How to Purchase and Access OnDemand & Webcast Courses

How to Purchase OnDemand Courses 

To receive the member pricing for courses, please ensure that you are logged into your FICPA Account – you should see your name at the top of the webpage. 

1. Navigate to: 
   Learning dropdown > CPE Catalog > OnDemand tab
2. Register for the Course:
   • Click the dropdown menu for your desired course
   • Select "Details" to learn more or "Add to Cart" to purchase
3. Confirmation Email:
   • You'll receive a confirmation email that contains course access instructions
   Note: Instructions for accessing your course will vary depending on the vendor – please refer to your confirmation email for details

Accessing CPEFLEX or CPEFLEX+ Via Email Confirmation

1. After purchasing:
   • You'll receive a confirmation email with a course access link
2. To access courses:
   • Visit the CPEFLEX webpage (link in the confirmation email)
   •  Click the User Menu (upper left corner next to the FICPA logo)
   • Select the course category that you're interested in 
3. To find the FICPA Ethics course:
   • Select "FICPA Courses"
   • Enroll in Ethics: Protecting the Integrity of Florida CPAs

Accessing CPEFLEX or CPEFLEX+ Via FICPA Account

1. Login to your FICPA Account:
   • Click on your name in the top right corner
2. Locate the My Events module on your dashboard:
   • Click the See All My Events
3. Launch Course
   • Click "Launch Event" under the course you want to start - you will be redirected to the CPEFlex platform.

How to Purchase Webcast Courses

2. To Register for a Course:
   • Click the dropdown menu for your desired course
   • Select "Details" to learn more or "Add to Cart" to purchase
3. Confirmation Email:
   • You'll receive a confirmation email that contains course access instructions
   Note: Instructions for accessing your course will vary depending on the vendor – please refer to your confirmation email for details

Accessing Webcast Via Confirmation Email

1. After purchasing:
   • You'll receive a confirmation email with a course access instructions – note: course access instructions may differ; be sure to read the instructions provided in the email.
2. Links:
   • If using a direct link, you will be redirected to the host platform.
     • Course codes that have a direct link include, but are not limited to: AC, SU, and numerical codes
   • Confirmations may indicate that a secondary email and link are to come from the host directly - follow the instructions provided by the host. 
     • Those course codes include but are not limited to: CX and AI

Accessing Webcast Via FICPA Account

1. Login to your FICPA Account:
   • Click on your name in the top right corner
2. Locate the My Events module on your dashboard:
   • Click the See All My Events
3. Launch Course
   • Click "Launch Event" under the course you want to start - you will be redirected to the course start. 

Common Access Issues and Mistakes

• If you cannot access an OnDemand course (or CPEFlex Subscription) right after purchase, allow 5-10 minutes to pass then refresh the webpage and try again. OnDemand purchases need time to sync. 
  
  
• If the webpages fail to load clear your cache & cookies:
  
  • This is a simple fix that can be done in most web browsers by accessing the "History" tab within your browsing window, or through a combination of CTRL + H on your keyboard. From there, you can open the browsing data and clear both cache and cookies.
