How to Reset or Change Your Password
There are two common reasons you may need to reset or change your password: • You're locked out of your account • You want to update your password for security purposes
Follow the appropriate steps below based on your situation:
To Reset a Forgotten Password:
- Go to the FICPA Login Page
From the FICPA homepage, click the “Login” button to access the login screen. - Initiate Password Reset
Click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click “Request Reset.” - Complete the Reset Process
You will receive an email with instructions to complete the password reset. Follow the link and prompts to set a new password.
To Change Your Password (While Logged In):
- Log In to Your FICPA Account
Use your current username and password to access your member account. - Update Your Password
Navigate to the “Change My Password” option on the left-hand menu. Fill in the required fields and click “Save” to confirm your changes.
