How to Reset or Change Your Password

There are two common reasons you may need to reset or change your password: • You're locked out of your account  • You want to update your password for security purposes

Follow the appropriate steps below based on your situation:

To Reset a Forgotten Password:

  1. Go to the FICPA Login Page
    From the FICPA homepage, click the “Login” button to access the login screen.
  2. Initiate Password Reset
    Click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter the email address associated with your account, then click “Request Reset.”
  3. Complete the Reset Process
    You will receive an email with instructions to complete the password reset. Follow the link and prompts to set a new password.

To Change Your Password (While Logged In):

  1. Log In to Your FICPA Account
    Use your current username and password to access your member account.
  2. Update Your Password
    Navigate to the “Change My Password” option on the left-hand menu. Fill in the required fields and click “Save” to confirm your changes.
